The award-winning Carapace Pavilion was installed with PE46-Hex anchors in Joshua Tree National Park on June 20, 2022. A project of the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California.
The Carapace Pavilion in Joshua Tree National Park was installed with eight PE46-Hex anchors. The interior was backfilled to provide a dirt floor. In this image, the pavilion is compared in size to the Boeing 737 interior space.
