About AEA

American Earth Anchors, located in Franklin, Massachusetts, was established in 2001. Beginning as a one-man show in a basement, it soon took off and the company began designing and manufacturing earth anchors for commercial, residential, and military markets. Within three years the anchor line expanded from Arrowheads, to Bullets, to the renowned Penetrator™.

AEA’s high-quality, industrial-strength ground anchors and installation accessories, along with their Quickvise/Quickgrip cable terminations, are used across a variety of industries to secure and stabilize everything from sheds to retaining walls, to portable shelters, erosion control matting and solar arrays.

Cy Henry - President

Cy, who has lived in New England all his life, earned his Business degree from Northeastern University. He has been a successful entrepreneur for more than 30 years with 18 of those years being in the earth anchoring field. When not focusing on anchors, he loves spending time with his wife and 6-year-old son.

Colleen Adee - Director of Operations

Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Cortland. She has been married for 25 years and has three children. Her interests include fitness, cooking, entertaining friends and family, and attending hockey, soccer and lacrosse games!
